At the initial level, they asked for employee management, attendance system (office and field), payroll, and HR accounting software to reduce their manual HR activity. Currently, they are managing everything using an old fascinating desktop-based HRMS software which is not fulfilling their requirement and they have to run separate accounts for each of their branches. In today’s digital age, our client seeks to leverage the latest technologies to design an HRMS solution integrated with payroll services.
